We’re a family owned pet industry sales rep group that exists to rep your brand the right way. For us, the right way means knowing what’s happening each day and being able to measure our performance with total transparency.
Understanding the challenges from the point of view of both the brand and the retailer, we know that all too often great product innovations are brought to market in the pet industry without the resources needed to build a professional sales team. We aim to level the playing field between brands of all sizes by giving the support needed to effectively grow within retail stores.
Using state of the art technology we provide our brand partners total transparency throughout the entire sales process. Each rep has a tablet in the field that’s connected to a software platform enabling you to see what’s happening in real time.
There needs to be a direct line of communication between what is expected and what is actually happening throughout the entire sales process. All brand partners are provided with backend access to review product placement, sales data and notes from store visits.
With our performance-based sales structure, our reps are activity and sales driven. Using our mix of data driven technology, we deliver success in measurable ways so you can fully understand your return on investment.
Right Way Reps was created by the Ruud & Jacobson families. The Ruud family founded Raised Right, a human-grade pet food company that works with veterinarian, Dr. Karen Becker to formulate “home cooked style” whole food recipes that are high in protein and low in carbs through using limited ingredients. The Jacobson family has nearly 30 years of experience in the pet retail sector as owner operators of Pet Pantry Warehouse, an award-winning regional chain with stores servicing both the Westchester, NY & Fairfield, CT counties.
Since every brand is different, we take a more customized approach to serving each of our brand partners. By doing this, we’re able to support our brand partners in as few or as many territories as they desire.
